British Gas - Centrica · BAU Support Consultant

Supported SAP CRM 7.0 Web UI with IS-U as part of a Siebel replacement programme. Worked with customer data originating from Siebel and integrated third-party systems including Banner eGate and WIMIs.

Led British Gas support for Agent Workbench, handled incidents and agent issues, and managed operations and services delivered by vendors across India and the UK. Extensive work across Web UI, Advanced ABAP, BSP programming and JavaScript.

JUNE 2011 — OCTOBER 2011

Wipro Technologies / PwC · CRM / Technical Consultant

Worked across CRM modules including Entity, Opportunity, Contact, Activities and Marketing. Supported customer workshops and design documentation following blueprint and gap analysis phases.

Worked on data migration from legacy systems into CRM, with UK and US implementations using a single PI box for legacy data integration across both geographies.

HCL-Axon / Xerox · Technical Operations Manager & Development Lead

Worked on SAP CRM 5.0 for Xerox sales through Channel Management, using IC Web Client. Covered Market to Order, Customer Service, Orders, Claims to Pay, Query Management and Order to Collect.

Led technical operations, problem resolution and solution delivery across the programme, working closely with Basis and SAP teams. Also supported data migration from legacy systems into CRM.

NOVEMBER 2008 — SEPTEMBER 2009

SLK Software Services / Arvato · CRM Team Lead

Handled system issues including BW jobs, ABAP dumps, PI logs, update issues, application server loads and RFC connection issues, working with Basis and SAP teams to resolve and implement changes.

Worked on SAP CRM 5.0 implementation scenarios using IC Web Client, including BSP page and component development. Produced technical specifications and acted as a first point of contact in the development process.

Synopsys India · Technical Analyst

Worked on three end-to-end implementation projects for the Sales team, supporting automation and consolidation of sales applications.

Key initiatives included Kabuki — an application to maintain, create and display Business Partners for Synopsys worldwide in SAP — and an Event Registration System developed on the Java platform, contributing towards a single application covering the sales cycle.

Worked on SAP CRM product development, including unifying the user interface into a single Web UI that became the primary user interface for SAP CRM.
